Well written, Ms.Ruma. Creating an R&D hub, strengthening our social fabric and creating employment are aptly emphasized. However, manufacturing needs to be strengthened too to accomplish the above.

Very well written. One point of difference though - Without increasing manufacturing base, is it possible to increase employment ? Even IT will not prosper without manufacturing.
