A well balanced article highlighting the Govt. Debt to GDP and the observations on the penultimate paragraph. S&P had rated Enron & Worlcom Bonds as AA+ and 1 year later they defaulted.

Thanks Sir, what else to expect from an agency who is confused in its name S&P...the one which upgraded Pakistan. Its all skewed..but very detailed and informative article.
