There is serious breach of faith by these intermediaries and they should be given severe punishment by SEBI.

Excellent article. Yes, SEBI should penalise these rating agnecies and clean the system faster. Rtl investors are always at receiving end.

Risks are always our own . Same as in housing/commercial property. Punitive damages for false ratings are the key.

Undue dependence on the 'Third Party' would be at our own peril. Risk or Reward is of the person who has 'skin in the game.

Excellent article as usual, mam. We have to blame ourselves too. If we stop reacting to the disclosure by these agencies and follow actual advisors like Sir, everyone would benefit..
