Just, wonder why SEBI plays a mute spectator role! Isn't it time for them to act and protect minority share holders? Tulsian sir, hope all minorities will unite to protect their rights!

Promotor always misuse minorities shareholders. I had past experiences in Essar steel., Adlad and all shares af Anil Ambani groups.

I fully agree.with scant regard to the huge loss to retail share holder.i got it in exchange for cairn India.the price was much higher.the promoter does it again,n again.what a pity..
