@RR - that's why its mentioned Zaggle is not an exact peer and have used other reasoning for evaluating pricing for Capillary.

Majority of Zaggle revenue is interchange fee, SaaS component is miniscule. Cannot compare revenue of this with SaaS revenue of Capillary to apply a Sales multiple
