TATA has option to convert Rs. 9000 crore loan to equity if sebi amends laws, which can take TATA share to 98% and in this case dilution should be 7500 % and value of share comes to Rs 12.

Very informative at a time when no media is discussing. The process handing-taking over is in line with what SPTSir expalined much before.
