Namo smartphones for Modi fans

With the elections coming in next year, candidates are doing everything to be in the limelight, always. Narendra Modi, BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate, takes the cake in ‘innovative ways’ to do just this - presenting ‘Smart Namo’.

Smart Namo, which stands for Narendra Modi and Next Generation Android Mobile Odyssey is an Android 4.2 phone created, designed and manufactured by ‘Fans of Narendra Modi’ as mentioned on their website. The company has announced two smartphones - Smart Namo Saffron 1 and 2 costing over Rs.20, 000 each.  Apart from the phones being dedicated to Narendra Modi, they will come preloaded with apps, wallpapers and games related to him.

A little too much to digest? Maybe. But with scores of supporters for Mr.Modi within India and abroad, these smartphones may not just do well but become the start of the technological storm that may change the face of politics in India forever.
