It has consistently been celebration time for Prime Focus during Oscar season. This year too, for the fourth time, this Mumbai based company, through its subsidiary, Double Negative, won an Oscar for its work in Blade Runner 2049.
The Oscar comes closely on the heels of the BAFTA awards it won last week for visual effects for the same film.
Earlier, the company won Oscars for Interstellar, Ex Machina and Inception.
The market is very happy with this win and the stock price today rose almost 3.5% to Rs.103. Its 52-week high is at Rs.135 and low at Rs.76. Market cap stands at just over Rs.3000 crore.
