Cox & Kings slumps on poor Q4 show

Cox & Kings is the top loser since morning. The stock is down 9% at Rs.158 levels, its intra day low levels. Its 52-week low is at Rs.140.50 and high at Rs.317.

The performance of the company for Q4Fy16 was very disappointing. The company reported a consolidated net loss of Rs.305 crore v/s net profit of Rs.64 crore in previous Q4. Consolidated total income dropped 15% at Rs.471 crore. The company said that results were not comparable as it sold off its camping division to France’s Homair Vacanes.

The company ended Fy16 with a consolidated net profit of Rs.54 crore v/s Rs.92 crore in Fy15 while total income showed a drop of 8% (YoY) at Rs.2352 crore.
