Dilip Buildcon seems to be on the expressway as far as its orders intake is concerned. Four days ago, it announced receiving an order from National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) for the Project Chichra to Kharagpur in the State of West Bengal. This was at a project cost of Rs.613 crore and to be completed in 30 months.

On the same day, it also announced another order from Ministry of Road Transport and Highway (MORTH) for the Project Eeppurpalem - Ongole in the State of Andhra Pradesh under EPC Mode. This order was worth Rs.350 crore and to be executed in 24 months.

And now today, the company has one more order, this one also from NHAI again. This is for four-laning of a 127-km national highway stretch between Lucknow and Sultanpur for an estimated cost of Rs 2,845 crore.

The stock price surged 4% intra day to Rs.242 with some rise in volumes too. The stock’s 52-week high is at Rs.258.80.
