JHS Svendgaard Labs has been hitting the upper circuit since 1st of March and today too it breached the 5% UC at Rs.23.40 with volumes going up over one time.
The stock is reacting positively to the news that its Board approved conversion of 1.02 crore warrants into equity shares.
As per the details given out by the company, there are a list of 17 investors and of this, 15 are non-promoters. Two promoters, Nikhil Nanda and Sushma Nanda are the two promoters, who once conversion is done will get 24 lakh and 28.50 lakh equity shares respectively.
