Polyplex Corp in the limelight

Polyplex Corporation is in the limelight today morning. The stock price rose to Rs.300 and continues to remain around the same levels, up some 4%. Its 52-week high is at Rs.315.
The stock is up on the company’s announcement that it has completed the acquisition of its entire equity stake in its step down subsidiary, Peninsula Beverages.
The company had acquired this stake from its Singapore subsidiary.
