Realty Bill gets closer to reality

Almost the entire lot of realty stocks are in the green today – DLF, Sobha, Godgrej Properties, Indiabulls Real, Phoenix Mills, DB Realty, even Unitech, NBCC, Oberoi Realty, HDIL. But the top gainer is DLF, up intra day over 4% at Rs.111.40.
The Realty Bill has finally got passed in the Rajya Sabha and now it will go to the Lok Sabha for passage. The market is happy that it is finally done but it will take a while for it to become a reality.
