The stock hit the roof after the company announced that Mphasis Corporation, USA, its wholly owned subsidiary today acquired Blink Interactive, Inc, a Washington Corporation, consequent to signing a definitive agreement regarding the acquisition.

A total consideration of up to $ 94 million, including earnouts was paid for the acquisition.
