Indo Thai at 5% UC

Indo Thai Securities, is a Small Cap company (having a market cap of Rs 315 crore) operating in Financial Services sector, is locked at its 5% UC.

The stock opened over 4.5% higher at Rs.312.80 and soon hit the 5% UC at Rs.313.70, where it now remains frozen.

The company announced yesterday that it has made further investment in Femto Green Hydrogen, its subsidiary, which was incorporated last December.

It has been allotted 2.82 crore equity shares of Re.1 each. The subsidiary will be engaged in establishment and carrying on the business of research, development, marketing, selling and distribution of such product/s which will be used for eliminating pollution created by the surface transport.

On the financial front, the company has been consistently giving a very weak performance despite the stock markets soaring. Promoters hold 72.18% stake while balance 27.82% is floating stock with no FII or mutual fund or DII having stake.
