Insecticides India is currently among the top five gainers on the BSE. The stock, though opened weaker, zoomed up to hit an intraday high at Rs.495, up almost 12%. Volumes are up 9.5 times. Its 10% UC of the day stands at Rs.533.
The company announced today morning that its Board is scheduled to meet on the 30th of March to consider the proposal for buyback of the fully paid-up equity shares of the company of face value of Rs 10 each.
As per the shareholding pattern, as at 31st Dec’20, the promoters stake was at 68.89%, mutual funds held 9.34%, FIIs 4.34%, LIC at 1.5% and individual shareholders at 10.85%.
