Kalpataru Power is among the top three gainers on the BSE currently, going up 11.5% to Rs.360.20. Volumes have shown a massive jump of almost 8 times.
The company posted a robust set of numbers for Q2FY19. On a 29% (YoY) rise in standalone revenue at Rs.1574 crore, its net profit came in at Rs.91 crore, up 28%.
EBITDA was up 29% at Rs.171 crore and margin rose 70 bps from 12.1% to 12.8%.
The company’s net debt stands at Rs.3526 crore, which has come down 4% sequentially.
The standalone order book as on September 30, 2018 stood at Rs.14,179 crores and order inflows YTD FY19 came in at Rs. 4,743 crore.
