Minda Corporation Ltd, the flagship company of the Spark Minda Group, has announced a strategic technology collaboration with Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. to co-develop smart, connected, and advanced automotive cockpit solutions — a move poised to reshape the digital experience in vehicles for Indian consumers.

The alliance focuses on developing customized, scalable cockpit solutions specifically for the Indian automotive market, aligning with the needs of both passenger vehicles and the growing electric vehicle (EV) segment.

As consumers demand connected, touch-enabled, voice-integrated in-car experiences, cockpit electronics are now central to buying decisions. India’s cockpit electronics market is expected to grow 20–25% CAGR over the next 5 years.

The stock has reacted positively to this news. From its close of Rs.517.80, it opened at Rs.520.55 and rose to an intraday high at Rs.522.65.
