Nava Bharat rises 15%

Nava Bharat Ventures is among the top five gainers on the BSE since the opening bell. The stock rose almost 15% to hit an intraday high at Rs.67.30, while its 20% UC for the day stands at Rs.70.40. Volumes have jumped up over 5x.
The stock price has jumped up after it announced yesterday late evening that its Board will be meeting on 26th Feb to consider a buyback.
Promoters currently hold 43.56%, down from 46.45% stake it held at end of Q3.
