Religare Entp locked at 10% UC

The moment it opened for trading, Religare Enterprises was locked at the 10% UC at Rs.42.95, with some three times surge in volumes.
The reason? The company announced that it was selling its entire stake in Religare Finvest to TCG advisory for an undisclosed amount.
The consideration amount is not being disclosed in terms of the confidentiality obligations under the Term Sheet.
