Spice Mobility slumps over 'de listing'

Spice Mobility is currently at an intra day low of Rs.22.50, down 13%. The 52-week low of the stock is at Rs.20.
The stock has dipped after its promoters Smart Ventures Private postponed its proposed delisting of the company till further notice. The company has explained that since the initiation of the process of delisting, there has been a significant change in the economic and market conditions, which are suggestive of revival of investor interest within the industry space.
The promoters and the company have also received communications from some of the retail investors who are not in favour of delisting of the equity shares of the company.
