Autoline Inds spurts over 12%

Autoline Industries is a showing a lot of activity today. With volumes up over 4 times, the stock price has surged over 12% at Rs.72.70, which is closer to its intra day high of Rs.74.45 rather than the low of Rs.66.50.
The company announced today morning that its Board is scheduled to meet on December 22, 2014, to consider and note status of transaction related to stake sale in the Autoline Industries Inc. USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. Marketmen and traders are happy as this could unlock some very good value, for the company and consequently for the investors.
