Berger Paints is the top gainer on the BSE currently, hitting a new high at Rs.239.80, with volumes rising two times.
The stock has hit a high after the stock turned ex-stock split from today. Shares with a face value of Rs.2 will now stand divided into two shares of Re.1 each. The record date has been fixed for tomorrow, 9th Jan.
