BHEL announced yesterday evening that it has received an order from HPGCL (Haryana Power Generation Corp. Ltd.) for setting up the 1x800 MW Ultra Super Critical Expansion Unit at DCRTPP Yamuna Nagar.
The order is worth Rs.5500 crore.
This is an EPC package for 1x800 MW Ultra Supercritical Expansion Unit to be completed over the next 57 months.
The stock price initially reacted positively, opening over 2.5% higher at Rs.236.75 but from there, the overall market sentiment took over and the stock slipped down to an intraday low at Rs.221.50, down 4%. Its 52-week high stands at Rs.243.30.
