Diamond Power's on new order

Diamond Power Infra announced today morning that it has received an order from Powergrid NM Transmission for the supply of conductors for 765 kV S/C (Quad Bersimic) Salem - Madhugiri Transmission Line associated with Nagapattinam Project under TBCB route. This contract is worth Rs.44 crore.  

This company is an integrated power equipment manufacturer with solutions spanning the power T&D value chain. Diatron now represents this comprehensive product range. It is also into EPC of turnkey transmission and distribution projects.

It had ended Q2FY16 with a consolidated net loss of Rs.18 crore v/s net profit of Rs.40 crore, with net sales dropping 42% (YoY) at Rs.516 crore.

The stock price was up intra day by 2.5% at Rs.47 levels. Its 52-week high is at Rs.81.90 and low at Rs.32.70.
