Entertainment Network buzzing loud

Entertainment Network (India) is buzzing loud and clear today. The stock opened higher and has gone to hit an intra day high at Rs.357 and remains in the green, up over 8%. Volumes have gone up almost 3 times.

The stock is up, along with other media stocks like TV18 and TV Today and NDTV on expectations that 2014 could proven to a bounty for these companies. With the general elections round the corner, the word on the street is that these media companies would stand to gain the maximum, especially print media which is expected to gain the maximum.
