Euro Pratik has lakclustre listing

A new listing today, Euro Pratik, and as was expected, wasn’t exactly trailblazing; as against the IPO price of Rs.247, it got listed on the BSE at Rs.273.45 and rose to Rs.279.55 but is now trading at Rs.251 levels.

The issue did ok-ok. HNIs portion was subscribed 1.92x, QIBs at 1.05x and Retail at 1.23x. The issue was overall subscribed 1.34x.

Euro Pratik Sales sells decorative wall panels and laminates under ‘Euro Pratik’ and ‘Gloirio’ brands. It does not have own manufacturing facilities (which is undertaken through under 3rd party contracts in India, China and South Korea).

Our conclusion in the IPO Analysis - IPO is an avoid due to poor track record and cautious outlook for FY26E.
