Fortis Healthcare is up currently up over 2% at Rs.97.25, with an intra day high and low at Rs.96.05 and Rs.99.40 respectively. Market cap is at Rs.4464 crore.
The stock is up on news that, last week the promoters have released 4.07 crore pledged shares. Thanks to this, the pledged shares percentage comes down to below 40% of the total numbers of shares from 48% as at 30th June 2013.
