Goa Carbon at 5% UC, again!

For the 11th straight session, Goa Carbon is locked in the 5% UC the moment it opened for trade. Today, from its close of Rs.190.40, it opened at the 5% UC at Rs.199.90.
The state of Goa yesterday declared itself to be Covid free and that in itself was a huge reason for celebration.
Post this, yesterday, the company stated that it has received permission from the local authorities and resumed operations at its Goa Unit located at Salcete, from 19th April, after taking necessary measures.
The company had announced e temporary shut-down of operations at this Goa Unit from 25th March.
Its other two units, one at Paradeep in Odisha and another at Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh remains shut since 24th March.
