Jai Corp at day's high point

Jai Corp, a infra and SEZ company is on the buzz today. The stock is currently at the day’s high point at Rs.63.95, over 2.5% up. Its 52-week high is at Rs.87.20.
The stock is up on news that one of its promoters, Laxmi Jain has increased his stake in the company by 3.5%, buying shares through "inter se transfer between relatives" and executed by SSM Securities for Rs.36.64 crore. Following this stake hike, Mr.Jain’s stake now stands increased from 4.49% to 7.99%. As at 30th Sept 2013, promoters stake stood at 73.01%.
