KPIT Tech is the top gainer on the BSE, rising to Rs.593.65, from its opening of Rs.502.50 today. Currently trading at Rs.572, its 52-week high is at Rs.800.
The company posted a good strong set of earnings for Q4FY22 with consolidated net profit rising 13% (QoQ) at Rs.79 crore on a 5% rise in revenue at Rs.652 crore.
For the seventh consecutive quarter, the company’s EBITDA margin rose in Q4, albeit marginally from 18.5% to 18.6% (QoQ) though YoY, it went up from 17.2%.
The strong jump in stock price is because the company also guided to deliver 18-21% growth in FY23 with Ebitda margins between 18%-19%, with volume growth of 25%.
