MT Educare is lacklustre

MT Educare is lackluster today morning; though it opened higher at Rs.15.20, it now remains muted at Rs.15, with very thin trading.
The company has started selling promoters stake to the tune of 7.71% through an offer for sale.
They have set a floor price of Rs.14.50/share and hope to garner Rs.8 crore.
The market us disappointed as the floor price is at a discount to Friday’s close of Rs.15. And on top of this, retail investors are also being offered another 5% on the cut off price.
