Only sellers on Vakrangee counter

Vakrangee has been hitting the lower circuit filter for the past two days. Yesterday, it hit the filter at Rs.100 and today, 10% lower at Rs.90. And there are only sellers on the counter.

There is market rumour that margin call has been called on the counter of Vakrangee. This usually happens in volatile markets where prices fall very quickly. If the equity price held by you falls below the maintenance margin, a margin call is issued. This margin call forces investors to either liquidate his/her position in the stock or add more cash to the account. Looks like here, traders prefer to sell.
