Onmobile Global jumps over 11%

Onmobile Global has spiked up over 11% at Rs.33.80, closer to its intra day high of Rs.34.50 and 52-week high is at Rs.41.80. Volumes have jumped up over 2.5 times.
The stock is in the limelight after its parent company, OnMobile Systems Inc, announced an open offer to acquire 10.03% stake in the company or 1.19 crore equity shares. It has made the offer at Rs.40/share, which even now after this spike up of over 11% remains at a premium. The parent company as at 31st Dec 2013 held 34.16% stake in the company.
