Praj Inds spikes up

Praj Industries is doing pretty well today. The stock is currently up almost 2.5% at Rs.73.90, its current intra day high. Its 52-week high remains at Rs.79.15.
The stock is up on the basis of news doing the rounds that the Govt is very close to hiking the mandatory level for blending ethanol in petrol from current 5% to 10%.
