SPML Infra builds to a new high

SPML Infra is at a new high today at Rs.93 and remains strongly in the green, up almost 7%.
The company’s Board of Directors, at its meeting held yesterday, evaluated the various options of fund raising available to the Company and authorized the management to explore :
1. Sell of Investments in the Hydro Power and Road assets.
2. Raising of funds through QIP Route for an amount to the extent of Rs. 100 crore.
SPML is aninfrastructure development company that has managed and implemented over 400 projects across India on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), PPP (Public Private Partnership) and BOOT (Build-Own- Operate-Transfer) basis.
