Tata Invt shines bright

Tata Investment is the top gainer on the bourses once again; it has been at this slot for the past two trading sessions. On the back of 13-times surge in volumes, the stock opened higher today at Rs.4038 from its previous close of Rs.3905.15 and soon rose to hit a new 52-week high at Rs.4575. It continues to trade at Rs.4550 levels currently. In the last two trading sessions, it has gone up over 40%.
The reason? The IPO of Tata Technologies opening on Wednesday, 22nd Nov. Tata Tech is the subsidiary of Tata Motors where Tata Investment too holds stake along with Tata Sons. The IPO is a value unlocking exercise for Tata Motors.
