V2 Retail on shoppers list

V2 Retail, which had closed yesterday at Rs.444.50, today went up to an intra day high at Rs.474.65, which is Rs.5 shy from its 52-week high of Rs.479.45.

This is a fast growing retail chain of company – it has some 27 stores in India. The company posted good numbers for Q1FY18

With a 31% (YoY) rise in revenue at Rs.142 crore, its net profit showed a jaw dropping 87% jump at Rs.9  crore.

Operating profit was up 28% at Rs.15 crore while margins actually showed a marginal decline from 10.9% to 10.6%.
