Delta Corp gets 'virus' again

Delta Corp is among the top five losers on the BSE since the opening bell today. The stock had closed yesterday at Rs.263.65 but opened lower at Rs.257 and went down to an intraday low at Rs.252.05. Its 52-week low is at Rs.237.30.

The Goa Govt yesterday, following the spike in Covid cases, issued an order allowing casinos to operate with 50% capacity with entry restricted to people who are fully vaccinated or those carrying a negative RT-PCR test report. The Govt also put similar curbs and conditions on cinema halls and entertainment parks.

With Delta operating casinos in Goa, obviously, this order will impact their business.
