R Systems hits new high today also

R Systems International has hit a new high today also. Yesterday, its high was at Rs.80.90 and today it is at Rs.84.35. The stock remains firmly in the green, up over 10% at Rs.83 levels.
The company announced yesterday, during market hours itself that its Board of Directors will be meeting on December 20, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the proposal for Buy-back of equity shares of the Company. As at 30th September 2014, promoters holding was at 50.59% with neither any DII nor FII holding a single share
